A2Zound has extensive experience in troubleshooting noise and vibration. The methodology we use to solve the encountered issues is the source-path-receiver methodology.

The first and most important step is to accurately define the problem. Well-founded and clear descriptions yield better results.  The next step is to analyze the vibro-acoustic chain from source to receiver. It is essential to isolate the root cause(s) in order to focus the efforts put into efficiently solving the problem. 

There are many variables to consider when working towards a solution. For example, the tolerance distributions of the test objects and differences in operating conditions often affect . Depending on the goal, we can find a cost-efficient long-term solution, or one for the short-term, if for example, it is necessary to maintain a running production. We have the tools, knowledge and the methodology to efficiently solve noise and vibration problems.
