Market-related risks

The company has identified three market-related risks that may affect Semcon’s results:

  • Structural changes
  • Business cycle-dependent customers
  • Industry dependency

Business-related risks

The main business related risks are customer-dependency and key employees. There is always a risk of losing business or a customer. Read more about business-related risks on page 36 and in Note 3 on page 54 in the annual report.

Financial risks

The company has identified five financial risks that could affect earnings:

  • Financing risks
  • Interest rate risks
  • Liquidity risks
  • Currency risks

Sensitivity analysis

A change in the following variables would affect the operating profit as follows:

Utilisation level +/-1% SEK   20 million
Average fee +/-1% SEK 20 million
Staff costs +/-1% SEK 20 million
Indirect cost +/-1% SEK 5 million
Volume/employees +/- 50 consultants 12 million
